The BlueCRM interface is available in Dutch, French, English and German. Each user picks their own language — handy when colleagues work in different languages. Documents like quotes and invoices can be drawn up automatically in the customer's language. Need another language? Let us know and we'll see what's possible.
Yes. BlueCRM is a CRM and ERP package for self-employed professionals, family businesses and SMEs that want simplicity and overview without the weight of complex enterprise software.
Our licences are billed annually in advance by default.
You can add users at any time. They'll be billed pro rata.
Yes. You can switch to a broader package at any time, or have specific tailored adjustments made.
A standard package goes quickly: you receive your login details and get going. For tailored work or data import, we discuss the timeline up front so you know what to expect.
Yes. We can import Excel lists, customer files and documents for you.
BlueCRM runs entirely in the browser, on smartphone and tablet too. No installation needed.
BlueCRM creates your invoice and generates it in PDF and UBL format (the standard for e-invoicing). To send it via Peppol, you use a specialised platform such as Billit or Yuki. That way you combine two systems, each doing what it does best: BlueCRM for your customer history and files, a Peppol platform for the sending.
Your data is stored encrypted on European servers with daily back‑ups.
We attach a lot of importance to an approach that disrupts your day-to-day operations as little as possible. We like to start with a focused (video) call to truly understand your needs and processes. For further work and follow-up, we prefer email — that gives you the freedom to reply when it suits your schedule, while every agreement and technical detail is captured in writing. That way collaboration runs smoothly and everyone keeps the overview.
