OptiModus BV, registered in Bruges (Belgium), company number BE 1030.708.439, only processes personal data that visitors provide to us directly, such as name, e‑mail address, phone number and the content of a message. This occurs when you contact us by e‑mail, phone or via a contact form.

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, contact you or schedule an appointment. Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest in handling your request.

We retain contact requests for a maximum of 12 months. Server logs automatically recorded by our hosting provider (such as IP‑address, date and time) are used only for security and troubleshooting purposes and are deleted automatically after a short period.

We do not share your data with third parties, except with our hosting and e‑mail provider who process data on our behalf. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Our website uses no cookies for tracking, marketing or analytics.
